This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join a large Facilities Management Service provider delivering Lifecycle, Variation and general FM projects across a large Healthcare site in the Blackburn area.
You will ideally have a Mechanical or Electrical background have extensive experience in the delivery of M&E, building fabric, refurbishment, lifecycle and variation works.
Experience of working within a Healthcare or PFI environment is desirable but not essential. It is essential that you have experience of the full projects process from inception to completion and you must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders. A strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance is essential.
Projects/works will vary in value from £1k - £2million and the successful PM will be expected to manage multiple projects at any one time through specialist sub-contractors.
You will manage an Admin and CAD function as well as budgets and sub-contractors throughout the projects process.
