Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Lead and manage the site engineering, Fabric, and Grounds teams, along with subcontractors.
- Build and maintain client relationships through professional interactions and regular meetings.
- Ensure all activities comply with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Drive efficiency across supply chains and ensure best value for money.
- Manage all HR-related issues, including performance reviews, staff development, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare and manage budgets, business plans, and operational strategies.
- Manage tenders, quotations, and project completions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in line with company policy.
- Up to GBP58,000
- 25 days annual leave (+ public holidays)

Proven experience in Facilities Management with a background in Healthcare settings.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and supply chains.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Thorough understanding of Local Authority legislation.
- Proficiency in IT and a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
