Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional ready for a new challenge? A leading facilities management provider is currently seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations at Barnet Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure high-level service delivery and operational excellence within the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Lead and manage the site engineering, Fabric, and Grounds teams, along with subcontractors.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through professional interactions and regular meetings.
  • Ensure all activities comply with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Drive efficiency across supply chains and ensure best value for money.
  • Manage all HR-related issues, including performance reviews, staff development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, business plans, and operational strategies.
  • Manage tenders, quotations, and project completions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in line with company policy.

About You:

Proven experience in Facilities Management with a background in Healthcare settings.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets and supply chains.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Thorough understanding of Local Authority legislation.
  • Proficiency in IT and a collaborative, self-motivated approach.
