Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Kettering
Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP35-40k + Benefits

They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join their team and help drive their operations to new heights.
Role Overview:
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will ensure that the processes and practices are efficient, effective, and aligned with the business objectives. This role is critical to the companys growth and success, and you will work closely with senior management to implement strategies that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Lead and manage daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all departments.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes that improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Team Management: Supervise and mentor departmental managers and staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and make data-driven decisions.
Resource Allocation: Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, materials, and technology, to achieve operational goals.
Budget Management: Prepare and manage the operational budget, ensuring that all activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
Compliance: Ensure that all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the companys long-term goals.
Customer Satisfaction: Oversee customer service processes to ensure a positive customer experience and resolve any operational issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the sustainable waste management sector.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in small but fast-paced, evolving environment and managing multiple priorities.
