- Drafting of project plans.
- Hosting regular internal as well as external project meetings.
- Owning a project from inception till sign-off.
- Maintaining and updating of allocated projects.
- Compiling and reviewing of Use Case diagrams and System Integration Diagrams.
- Compiling and submitting of weekly project update reports.
- Maintaining and contributing to the knowledge-base on SharePoint.
- Creation and compiling of scope of work document.
- Ensuring all requirements are fulfilled for finance department.
- Project profitability reporting.
- Change management and logging of changes.
- Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings or operational meetings.
- Periodical site visits (when required).
- Logging development enhancements.
- Training and mentoring other Project Coordinators.
- 3-year Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with IT System Integrations.
- Practical application ability with Microsoft Office and Visio.
