Join a team of project management & finance professionals to support governance and flawless execution of programs and projects that align with the function's strategic objectives, using well established- goal-centered project management principles. You will ensure that all projects within the function are delivered with quality, on time and, within budget. You will succeed by maintaining precise and constructive communication with all business partners, and a keen focus on Cost Control and Risk Management

Manage large transformation programs from ideation to project closure
Manage large transitions from scoping to monitoring/closure 
Deploy standard project management methodology at every stage of the project
Establish and maintain business relationships with customers and stakeholders
Liaise with third party suppliers on contract management, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables
Develop and implement risk mitigation plans 
Regularly and effectively communicate project status and risk through required organization levels

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration related discipline
  • Extensive experience of directly related experience in leading multiple Finance transformation and transition projects

WE VALUE

  • Finance Operations experience strongly preferred
  • Six Sigma/PMP Certification
  • Computer and systems proficiency – Require advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Visio, Word and Access), Tableau (preferred), SAP (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, and positive, results oriented individual.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Strong experience in standard project management methodology
  • Attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to influence peers and work laterally and diagonally in an organization.
  • Ability and flexibility to work under pressure and concurrently on multiple projects and deal with ambiguity
