Project Manager - Exeter - Water Projects

Due to recent wins, they are now on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join the business at early stages of AMP8 Projects on the South West Water framework.

For the right Project Manager, you can find yourself at the forefront of AMP 8 projects and play a pivotal role, in years to come.

What the Project Manager will be doing

• Overall responsibility for the management and successful delivery of single complex projects
• Management of all H&S, Design, Customer Relations, Cost & Value of ECI phase
• Monitor the progress of offsite and onsite operations against deadlines and budget limitations.

For the Project Manager to be successful, we need

• An excellent team leader with great people management skills
• Experience in a major project's environment. Working with a Tier 1 contractor on similar Water projects would be highly advantageous.
• Able to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Contract administration experience desirable.
• Programme focused with an ability to plan and organise resources to deliver on time and in full.
• Minimum of HNC qualified, ideally in Civils / Construction but can be flexible on subjects.
• IT literacy essential.
• Professional qualification is desirable.
• SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card is desirable.

• Salary up to GBP75k dependent on experience
