Business Project Manager
The Guildhall School of Music & Drama is one of Europe's leading conservatoires and drama schools. It is a global leader of creative and professional practice which promotes innovation, experiment and research, with over 1,000 students in higher education, drawn from nearly 60 countries around the world.
As well as providing professional training at undergraduate, postgraduate, junior and short course level, the School has a substantial programme of regular performances, encompassing concerts, recitals, plays, operas and musicals open to the general public.
The Enterprise team, part of the Guildhall School’s Innovation department, produces and supports a thriving raft of creative enterprise activity. We are currently looking for a highly motivated, articulate candidate to provide project management support for key strands of audience facing activity; including our short course programmes and our continued professional development initiatives. You will also provide support to the Head of Enterprise with business modelling and planning for the department and identified projects – including piloting, monitoring and assessing next stage development.
have experience in an arts or Higher Education context;
possess strong research abilities;
be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills;
have experience of managing projects business planning and market research;
be expert in developing and maintaining productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will possess a pro-active approach to improving, creating and managing systems and processes; with the ability to resolve problems logically and effectively.
