Job Description
The role could be done from anywhere but occasional travel to London would be required

The role could be flexed to suit full time / part- time or flexi working.

Someone to be responsible for the overall project management of the QPR process. This involves:

- Managing a small team who are responsible for:
- Identifying the RIs to be reviewed
- Identifying potential engagements to be reviewed
- Establishing when the engagements to be reviewed will be available
- Allocating reviewers to engagements
- Issuing notifications to reviewers and engagement teams
- Providing administrative support to overseas reviewers
- Setting up Answer Sets in Qubus
- Monitoring progress
- Preparing regular reports for use by the QPR team and Quality Council
- Maintaining a number of critical databases
- Providing quality control over the Answer Sets in Qubus
- Project managing and contributing to regular moderation meetings involving the senior members of the QPR team
- Liaising with DPP to determine appropriate remediation of any issues identified
- Assisting with the reporting to EMA
The ideal candidate will have:

- A background in audit and have strong technical skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Good communication skills and be confident interacting with senior, experienced auditors
