We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in the water industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, construction, and water industry.

Working at locations around the West Midlands

Some of the key responsibilities they will undertake are:

• Delivering key projects throughout their lifecycle.
• To have a water hygiene card in place (Blue Card).
• Creating and managing project plans, including scope and schedule whilst proactively managing the project timeline.
• Identify and manage risks with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing Project budgets and forecasting costs.
• Full attendance at site (Either Frankley or Strensham).
• Develop Project scope and manage changes.
• Weekly progress update meetings with Contractors and the Operational Team including daily stand ups.
• Track Project milestones and deliverables.
• Leading on safety at site including daily briefings with contractors and weekly safety walks.
• Managing the contract (NEC).
