We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join our Systems and Infrastructure Group in order to support our Project Managers and strengthen our project delivery.

A Project Coordinator will provide support to Project Managers through dynamic data analysis, financial system operation and business reporting across a range of projects. Projects may be spread over multiple Clients in various geographic locations, but the core functions and expectations of the role will remain the same.

A typical week would include:

As a Project Coordinator your role is primarily focused around delivering the core function of providing the finance administration for projects, including but not limited to project set up, in-month updates, month end reporting, and invoicing.
The finance system implemented by WSP on projects is Agresso.
In addition to working with Agresso, these core functions will require a Project Coordinator to develop and maintain offline project finance Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

WSP will be looking for suitable candidates that can demonstrate a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English or equivalent, plus preferably an A-level or equivalent in Mathematics, Science or Business related subjects or demonstrable experience in relevant financial, administrative or business support working capacity.
WSP have aligned their project management career path against the Association of Project Management (APM) competency framework and therefore, although not essential, it would be beneficial for candidates to be able to demonstrate knowledge of this framework.
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates should have experience of working in a professional business service environment, using the computer based Agresso project finance systems to support a number of different projects and Project Managers.
