IT Project Manager - Oracle EBS - Supply Chain / Material Flow

IT Project Manager required to work on a major integration project following a company acquisition by my Medical device manufacturing client. My client is currently running 2 versions of Oracle EBS concurrently following the acquisitions and the project is to integrate this into one. Specifically you quill have extensive experience of Oracle EBS and in particular , The Supply Chain Material Flow modules. The scope of the project affects around 3000 employees across the EU.

So you will have around 10 years of project management experience dealing with transformational change with expertise in supply chain and Oracle EBS

This role is fully remote working from the UK but will involve EU travel also.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum 7-10 years of planning and/or management experience required
• PgMP, PMP, or equivalent Certification highly desired; CSM/ACP desired
• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 is required (Hybrid environment - some cloud, some on-premise)
• Experience with Supply Chain Management Material and Logistics Management in Oracle- inventory, order management and global trade management (GTM)
• Experience in Enterprise or Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, SmartSheet) desired
• Experience managing merger and acquisition through integration projects
• Experience managing full-life cycle IT Applications development desired
• Experience working in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology required
• Experience working in a (hybrid) agile development lifecycle desired
• Experience working in a regulated environment desired; FDA regulated environment preferred

So must have skills in supply chain,inventory, global trade management, sales enablement, stock capabilities - not necessarily warehouse only

• Project and Program Management methodologies and how to apply them
• Familiar with manufacturing processes and equipment and/or financial systems desired
• Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize key business objectives and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Ability to work in a potentially geographically-dispersed remote/hybrid team environment
• Ability to positively influence people required
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in simple accounting and database management
