This is a fantastic opporuitny to work alongside the director team, having a hands on role, shaping the future of the business as it continues to expand.

This manufacturing company have evicting plans as they continue to grow. Under new ownership, they have set themselves up to dramatically increase their turnover.

The role would require you to manage and grow your own team, whilst handling the operations side of the business. There may be times where you would have to go into the manufacturing environment to assist.

This position would suit someone with an engineering background and operational experience looking for a highly varied, autonomous position within a growing business.
