Your new company
You will be working for one of the country's leading Building Services Providers. The company was established over 50 years ago and is continuing to grow. Their current turnover is £90M+ and rising. They focus on primarily shell and core projects across most sectors of construction. This will include commercial projects (the main part of the business), education, retail, data centres and hotels. The company has a central London based office.
Your new role
You will be the Mechanical Project Manager working on commercial projects around London. The company has a central office which you will work from with the commercial, estimating and design team as and when needed mostly during pre-construction. Most of the role will be site based. The project size will average £1m-£15M. You will be required to manage the full mechanical package on mostly Shell & Core projects through full fit-out to commissioning and handover.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 2+ years of experience in Project Management. You will need to have self delivered projects with values of £4m+. You will need to have either completed a Mechanical related apprenticeship and or have a degree in a mechanical related subject. You will have experience project managing commercial projects, preferably Shell & Core or new build. Most of the project you will work on will be office's. Longevity on your CV or having worked for the same company/companies is ideal.
What you'll get in return
The base salary for this role is up to £70k start rate. The package includes car allowance of £5k, travel/fares, healthcare, pension up to 12% and a bonus scheme averaging 15% for the last 4 years.
