A Project management & Cost consultancy with around 70 professional staff that work on behalf of commercial developers, investors, funds and occupiers requires a Project Manager to join their team.The company specialises in development and refurbishment of hotels, and the development of residential apartments and commercial offices and also have been involved in the development of a number of landmark mixed-use projects. They have an impressive list of clients, covering a vast array of work and have dealt with projects of up to £500 million in value.
They operate a work hard, play hard environment, and everyone have lots of fun at work as well as after work, where there is an unlimited budget for client entertainment- which is frequently taken advantage of!
Every employee reports into one of the owners of the business, who still run the company day to day. The owners are very generous and want their people to share in the success of the business and as a result the company pay the best packages in the market with excellent bonuses, that are paid 3 times a year. They seek a project manager from a construction consultancy, developer or client background, you should have previous experience in one of the following; Hotels, Residential (apartments) or commercial offices. In addition to this you must be able to present to your clients at board level, and this is absolutely crucial because the company are strongly client focused and all of their people have direct client contact.
