Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) Project Manager to join our team at a prominent local authority in London. - HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services with significant relevant experience. Alternatively, a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field with some experience.
- Proven experience managing M&E projects, preferably within the public sector or for local authorities.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems design, installation, and UK regulations, including building codes and health and safety standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site, with travel to various project locations across London as required.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to impactful public projects while enjoying a flexible working arrangement.
