Role: Operations Manager

Location: West London
Salary: Up to GBP80,000 plus package

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee operational activities for a large social housing contract, managing responsive repairs, voids and planned works across West London, Berkshire and surrounding areas. This office-based role will involve leading a large team and ensuring effective coordination of operations.

You will collaborate with management to ensure smooth processes and alignment across departments, driving efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of property services for a social housing portfolio.
• Work with management to align operational and administrative processes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Analyze performance data to support decision-making.
• Promote a positive workplace culture focused on team development.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee administrative processes to align with operational goals.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance engagement.
• Monitor performance against targets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

You Must Have:

• Relevant managerial experience in a related sector, preferably the housing sector at Operations Manager level.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
