Project Manager - London
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Groundworks and RC Frame construction to join a leading construction contractor in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of complex civil engineering projects in the heart of the capital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing groundworks and reinforced concrete (RC) frame projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinating site activities, ensuring the project adheres to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to the project team.
- Regularly liaising with clients, stakeholders, and senior management, providing updates on project progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing groundworks and RC frame projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Experience with cost control, budgeting, and resource management.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- CSCS and SMSTS certification (or equivalent) required.
