My client are a leading main contractor who work on iconic high rise residential and commercial schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a large scale high-rise scheme in Manchester! (Perm)

Ideal Candidate:

• Background managing high rise residential/ commercial projects.
• Driven and motivated attitude.
• Strong organisation skills.

Duties include:

• Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.
• Holding progress meetings with the client.
• Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality is managed effectively.
• Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities advising Directors of their performance.
• Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
• Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
