  • To assist allocated PM with day to day running of the company key account business
  • To raise and issue purchase requisitions
  • To ensure accurate and speedy sales order entry onto the in house computer system
  • To monitor and expedite orders
  • To deal with customer enquiries in relation to key projects and issue relevant internal sales documentation
  • To communicate progress and delivery information to clients
  • To keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
  • To create and maintain statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets
  • To manage, organise, and update relevant data using database applications
  • To interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
  • To obtain client purchase orders
  • To participate in meetings and project team activities and maintain the Holiday Planner and Weekly appointment sheets for the Head of Projects
  • To deal with requests and assist in day to day running of key projects on behalf of senior people in their absence
  • To provide dedicated point of client contact
  • Responsibility for the despatch schedule, liaising with all departments at all levels in order to ensure timely despatch of all stock and non-stock items as well as any roll out and installation requirements
  • To co-ordinate projects at all stages in conjunction with the project manager
  • To obtain POD’s from TNT and other carriers where required
  • To be flexible in role & adapt as required to meet the needs of the business & clients expectations

Salary: £22,000.00 to £24,000.00 /year
