This role is ideal for someone with a strong, customer-driven mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and hands-on experience managing large-scale fabrication or construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring projects meet specifications, budgets, and schedules.
• Client Engagement: Maintain strong client relationships, serve as the primary contact, and provide regular updates on project progress, adapting to client needs and managing expectations.
• Team & Resource Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, and quality control, effectively utilizing resources to drive successful project outcomes.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, and maintain thorough risk and issue logs.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
