Taylor Stevenson are proud to be working with a well known warehousing and logistics company who are continuously growing and expanding.

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join their site based in Braintree.

Responsibilities-

• Accomplishes warehouse operations by recruiting, selecting, training, and coaching employees.
• Oversees distribution, warehousing, and shipping.
• Meets warehouse operations by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, and scheduling expenditures.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage.
• Manages warehouse operations by stock control, inventory management, and motivating employees.
• Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by analysing process workflow and implementing changes.
• Achieves warehouse operations by contributing recommendations and following policies.

Qualifications-

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
• Experince working wthin cold storage/ food warehouses
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software

Monday-Friday 8 am-5pm, however must be flexible as and when is needed

Salary- 38k- 40k dependant on experience
