HR/PROJECT MANAGER- 6 months contract/possibility to become permanent


  • Developing, updating, and communicating HR programs and policies
  • Assisting with the performance reviews, disciplinary, and termination letters.
  • Maintaining personnel record up to date (sickness, lateness, holiday, disciplinary etc)
  • Administering the employees’ selection of hours process and annual vacation requests
  • Administering the new hire process (opening up a new file for newly hired employees, providing guidance and assistance and arranging for staff training.
  • Administering payroll and assisting with any related inquiries.
  • Supporting and assisting apprentices, ensuring they meet the learning outcomes in accordance to their apprenticeship program
  • Proactively leasing with the college and assisting with any documentation and meetings;
  • Managing the recruitment process:
  • preparing and posting job openings;
  • coordinating the selection process and preparing the interview agenda;
  • interviewing potential employees;
  • ensuring background and reference checks are completed;
  • providing information to prospective employees about company standards and position-specific requirements;
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Collating and filing expenses (such as rent payment etc.)
  • Ordering stationery and furniture
  • Managing office budgets
  • Preparing financial reporting and forecasting;
  • Encouraging morale and each employee’s importance to overall goals
  • Supervising and monitoring the work performance of each department
  • Providing feedback promptly
  • Consulting with management to identify and analyse current and future business issues and needs.
  • Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
  • Making sure the quality standards are met
  • Overseeing and providing advice on the management of projects
  • Organising the various professional people working on a project and contributing to the project with new ideas
  • Managing internal event organisation and coordination, including recreational events and training activities
  • Take part to any future project
  • Carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time


  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Good It and web development knowledge is desirable
  • Excellent English oral and written communication

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Salary: £21,000.00 /year
