To efficiently manage multiple strategic client relationships across numerous projects, and to effectively on-board new clients and work streams, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous Project/Account Management experience running multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer Service experience ideally gained in a corporate environment
- Time management/prioritisation skills
- Delegation skills
- Negotiation skills
- Problem solving
- Cross and upselling skills
- Experience of a fast paced, environment, working to tight deadlines
- Financial awareness/budget management
- Industry specific experience
