One of our established clients are currently looking for a project manager / senior site manager to oversee an 8 million fit out on a hotel in London.

My client is looking for someone suitable in the Midlands willing to do digs in London for the duration of the project.

The right person will have experience overseeing tradesmen, abiding to HSE, overseeing a team of managers and ensuring the project is on track.

The main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing subbies
- Ensuring project is on track
- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed
- Liaising with client

The right candidate will have the following:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS Card
- Hotel fit out experience (Must)
