The Enterprise PMO Project manager will be responsible for all the internal projects that are part of the transformation programme that the team are undertaking. The initiatives include, business transformation to use the Scaled Agile Framework, operational system integrations, business intelligence projects, operational process definition and optimisation, centre of excellence enhancement and more.

The role needs to have strong stakeholder management and communication skills working with lots of internal customers to obtain requirements and use cases, whilst building the case for improving the business processes.


  • Provide day-to-day internal customer liaison and be responsible for relationship management

  • Project management delivered to the highest possible quality standards.

  • Manage the EPMO initiatives and pipeline.

  • Project scheduling and planning.

  • In conjunction with the EPMO team develop the initiatives based on feedback from stakeholders.

  • Balance the BAU impact against the need to deliver value to the business.

  • Evaluating and address issues and risks across the team’s portfolio.

  • Assist in developing processes and workflows for operational matters across the business.

  • Review the stakeholder lists regularly across the initiative list.

  • Collaborate with other Project Managers, exchanging ideas, working on standardisation of processes and customer documentation across the company - contributing to the Centre of Excellence.

  • Mentor and coach the Project Administrators in the team to develop their skill set.

  • Report on initiative progress on a regular basis.

  • Assist in maintaining the wiki for all endeavours and processes, owning the pages and ensuring they stay up to date.


The candidate must have

  • Good people management skills including experience managing internal projects

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical skills to assess the performance of the team to drive continuous improvement and act upon key business KPIs

  • Rigorous attention to detail

  • The desire to drive continuous improvement

  • Strong Project Management governance skills

  • At least 5 year's experience in a project management role

  • Confidence and professionalism in all aspects of work.

  • A suitable level of understanding of Waterfall and Agile development methodologies.

  • Clear understanding of the SDLC

  • Ability to take on all circumstances (even unfavourable ones) and recommend plausible solution(s) for stakeholder(s) to make decision

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

  • Education to degree level

  • Prince2 Practitioner or equivalent

  • Scrum Master certification

  • Experience of working in the Online Gaming and Sports betting industry

  • Tools experience - JIRA, Confluence, Tenrox, Google Docs
