Wayin has an incredible opportunity for a Campaign and Project Coordinator to join our London team. Using Wayin’s SaaS platform, you will be responsible for building digital campaigns for Wayin’s incredible portfolio of clients.

Working within the Professional Services team and with internal stakeholders, the Campaign and Project Coordinator will ensure the successful creation and testing of campaigns, and that all campaigns are built on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute the build of campaigns using the Wayin Platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement campaign builds
  • Deliver campaigns on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Successfully prioritize and schedule campaign builds and consistently communicate to internal stakeholders. Adjust and follow-through as required with urgent requests
  • Ensure requirements are clear when a new campaign is requested; work with request owner to clarify when they’re not
  • Create, and support with the creation of, relevant documentation such as proposals, SOWs and project plans
  • Handle campaign Quality Assurance testing, publishing and delivery as required
  • Utilise internal platforms as per Wayin Studio processes & best practice, including: Harvest, JIRA, Forecast, Zendesk and others
  • Handle & support with 1st and 2nd line customer support requests as and when required

Requirements

  • An ability to interpret client briefs
  • Understanding of Web technologies and concepts
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritize requests
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (preferable)
  • Knowledge of CSS (preferable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 to 4 years of business experience
  • University degree
