Portfolio Manager (PBSA)

Salary: GBP35-42K DOE + 20% performance bonus; overtime at time and a half during peak summer
Location: East Midlands (will accept applicants from East Midlands region)
Monday-Friday, with weekend work required around July-Sept, compensated at time and a half for enhanced earnings

Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Portfolio Manager to oversee a team of Portfolio Managers across the Midlands region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and target achievement
• Following and meeting set KPI s
• Overseeing all aspects of property management
• Manage property visits, maintenance, refurbishments, and tenancy management
• Maintenance coordination collaboration
• Handle financials, including invoice processing and budget tracking
• Provide support and training to junior staff, conducting regular appraisals
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Resolve escalations and tenant issues professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience managing property or portfolio teams
• Full UK driving license
• Based in the East Midlands
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• An exceptionally driven individual
• Happy to work during peak summer periods
• Proactive, punctual, and able to handle high responsibility
