Job Description:
You will be required to supervise a team, carrying out the refurbishment of commercial office buildings which will consist of the below:

• Generator replacements
• Fire door upgrades/ replacements
• Stairwell refurbishment consisting of lighting/ fire exit/ disabled lift installs
• Scaffold erection
• Providing permits
• Health & safety assessment

Qualifications required:

• SSSTS or SMSTS
• First Aid
• RAMS
• Screening process will be required by the onsite client for security clearance

Details:

• Contract start date: 4th December (minimum 2 month contract)
• Pay rate: GBP297.50 per day
• Working hours: 8 00
