The Capital Projects Team are looking for a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for the delivery of a number of high profile capital and revenue projects, including the upgrade of infrastructure identified within the Stock Condition Survey on rolling programme to support ongoing business operations and meet legislative requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to manage projects from initial feasibility study through to the commissioning, project handover and post project evaluation.

The Property and FM department is seeking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the Capital Projects team on a permanent basis.
The Role
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of a number of high profile capital and revenue projects. This will include the upgrade of infrastructure identified within the Stock Condition Survey on rolling programme to support ongoing business operations and meet legislative requirements.
You will be required to successfully manage projects from initial feasibility study through to the commissioning, project handover and post project evaluation.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in Surveying, Building Engineering, Facilities Management or Architecture (or an equivalent professional qualification) and have significant experience and evidence of successfully managing building/capital projects (e.g. in excess of £1m) from inception through to completion.
We are seeking for an individual experienced in the appointment and management of consultants together with knowledge and experience of sustainable building design and technologies.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience in delivering work programmes of mechanical, electrical, controls and infrastructure works. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a diverse range of stakeholders. Good knowledge and understanding of the application of H&S management principles is essential.
