Your new company
You will be working for one of the country's leading Renewable Energy Technology providers for the past 20 years, completing over several thousand commercial and domestic projects nationwide. Their greatest resource is their staff who have over 20 years experience providing economical, environmentally friendly, and reliable solutions. All backed up by our superior engineering capability, and their dedicated and experienced technical support team. They focus on primarily new build projects across a range of sectors of construction. This includes commercial and residential projects covering educational, high end residential and hotels. The company has a central London based office in Aldgate.
Your new role
You will be the Mechanical Project Manager working initial on a new build residential project in North London. The company has a central office which you will work from with the commercial, estimating and design team as and when needed mostly during pre-construction. Most of the role will be site based. The project size will average circa £10M. You will be required to manage the full mechanical package on projects through to commissioning and handover.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have 3+ years of experience in Project Management. You will need to have self delivered projects with values of £2m+. You will need to have either completed a Mechanical related apprenticeship and or have a degree in a mechanical related subject. You will have experience project managing residential or Hotel projects, preferably new build. Longevity on your CV or having worked for the same company/companies is ideal.
What you'll get in return
The base salary for this role is up to £70k starting rate. The package includes, travel/fares, pension up to 12% and a bonus scheme of salary on a sliding scale.
