Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager, Media Agency / PR Agency, Central London, GBP(Apply online only) per day, 12 month contract

Our client, a renowned digital media agency located in Soho, is seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead a transformative programme focused on implementing new technology and improving business processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, leading a multi-stream programme to drive change and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a process standardisation and workflow improvement programme (Wrike) in a Central London media agency
- Drive change across people, processes, and technology to enhance business growth, client communication, and operational efficiencies
- Utilize advanced stakeholder management skills to navigate and support end users through the change process
- Implement best practices such as Agile methodology to ensure effective programme governance

Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager
- Proficiency in setting up and running programme governance systems
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT stakeholders
- Previous experience in professional services, agency, or consulting environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills, working with senior executives and end users

This Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager position falls outside of IR35 regulations and is expected to last up to 12 months. The role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing flexibility between working from home and in the office.
