Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a large-scale recladding scheme across 10 blocks of low-rise residential properties. You ll be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring it runs smoothly and safely, on time, and within budget.
The job is starting immediately and expected to run until November 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervise and support 2 site managers, ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project programming and scheduling, coordinating workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Material Management: Order and schedule the timely delivery of materials, maintaining project continuity and minimizing delays.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, including managing site wages and expenses to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with external wall insulation (EWI) and brick-slip cladding systems.
- Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing similar recladding or facade projects, with the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
