We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead multiple cross-functional projects pivotal to our success!
University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is the leading provider of supported online education for the Built Environment, with over 95 years’ experience of providing the highest quality learning opportunities. UCEM helps to enhance Built Environment professional careers through our accredited property-related and construction programmes, offered at Postgraduate, Undergraduate and Apprenticeship levels.
This is an exciting opportunity for a practised Project Manager to help us manage growth, achieve our institutional vision and ensure we fully support our student’s success. You will not only play a critical role in the successful delivery of a truly transformational project involving every department, but also manage other projects to produce positive change. Within this role you will drive workstreams; provide reporting updates to Senior Leadership Team, the Project Board, and the Board of Trustees; identify critical activities and resources required; and ensure there is collegiate working across all departments of UCEM to meet project needs.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
- HE qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience managing major projects
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Adept at managing resources and people
- Impeccable communication
- Commitment to excellence
- Strong capabilities in influencing others
