Responsible for: Transport team, including supervisors, coordinators, drivers, and yard operatives

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee transport operations and route planning

Handle escalations and manage fleet maintenance

Lead and appraise the transport team

Ensure policy and safety compliance

Maintain strong customer relationships

Skills required :

Haulage and pallet network experience

Strong leadership and problem-solving

Excellent communication and customer service

Qualifications:

CPC Holder

IOSH certified
