Stonewall has led the way in challenging the discrimination and inequalities faced by lesbian, gay, bi and trans people since 1989. Our work has brought about changes in the law, education, armed forces and in employer organisations in the UK and around the world, creating significant improvements in the lives of countless LGBT people.
Join us our Director of Membership Operations and you’ll play a key part in securing our goal of acceptance without exception. You’ll ensure the smooth running of Stonewall’s workplace programmes, including collaboration across Wales, Scotland and England, and leading our partnership to deliver the programme in Northern Ireland in partnership with The Rainbow Project Northern Ireland.
You’ll ensure accurate and compliant forecasting and reporting, and create and implement policies and procedures which ensure that delivery of our programmes is efficient, effective, compliant and aligned with our Global Diversity Champion programme. You’ll also oversee the development of the UK Workplace Equality Index which benchmarks best practice, along with the team’s work to produce workplace resources and events, and, increasingly, bespoke work with Stonewall’s Diversity Champions.
