Project Manager

Dynamic Resources has been the trusted provider of retail services for many of the biggest brands in the world. We specialise in the site survey and installation of store fixtures, graphics & visual campaigns and full store constructions. Every year we complete over 8500 projects around the globe, working for retailers, wholesale brands, fixture manufacturers and graphic suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To be fully responsible for the allocated projects and their profit & loss
  • Help towards developing and improving the working procedures within the company
  • Day to day programme management by:
    • Establishing project requirements
    • Allocating project resources through the Dynamic partner base; established and new
    • Coordination of the services allocated to work on the project
  • Creation of project documentation such as (but not limited to):
    • Proposals and bids for clients
    • Scope of Works
    • Time-scale Plan
    • Health & Safety records
    • Drawings
    • Letters of Appointment
    • Statements of Completion
  • Manage version control of all project orientated documentation
  • Process project deliverables
  • Update and maintain project schedules and time-lines
  • Regular client updates on pending/in-progress projects
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, to budget, and achieve the required margin
  • Maintain and build relationships with Dynamic clients (retailers, brands fixture and graphic manufacturers)

  • Fluency in a second language is an advantage

Knowledge and Experience:

  • Demonstrate previous project management knowledge and experience within a business or departmental environment
  • Knowledge of a high-end retailer driven environment
  • Knowledge of working with large brands
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  • Proven experience of process, change and financial management

Position Requirements:

  • Possible international site visits and meetings
  • Flexibility during times of change
