You will be joining a well-established & highly respected national house build, who are looking to bring in a Project Manager for an multi phased traditional build housing development.The development is currently on groundworks stage and are looking to bring somebody, who will oversee the development from cradle to grave. 

The development will consist of 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom houses and low rise apartments. 

As Project Manager, you will benefit from a proactive office team who actively support the developments, making sure that information is shared effectively throughout the development. You would be in control of the whole development and will lead the site management and blue-collar team with passion and strive to actively improve processes.

The company are forward thinking and take your development as seriously as their own and are looking to pay an above competitive OTE for the right candidate.
