We are seeking an experienced transformation Programme Manager for our Apprenticeships Programme which is working to develop the Universities capability to launch and deliver new products at scale in the emerging Apprenticeships market.  The Programme is delivering complex cross functional changes across business and technology and comprises of 12 technology projects and 6 large scale business change projects. Applicants will only be considered if they can demonstrate experience in operating model development and business transformation.

The successful applicant will evidence experience of successfully leading transformative change Programmes with multi-million-pound investment.  They should also have worked in a similar institutional setting (education, public and/or third sector) and have incredibly strong interpersonal


Central to this role will be an ability to provide leadership to a large team in a changing and complex environment. The post requires strong excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills and requires experience of working with a range of senior stakeholders in different contexts and cultural settings, ideally in the context of academia, to be successful in delivering change in partnership with units and faculties across the institution.
 

Applicants should demonstrate practical experience of Programme and project management methodologies and will be highly adaptable, demonstrating an ability to work with MSP, Agile, Waterfall and PRINCE2 techniques in a way that is appropriate to the delivery environment.
