Our clients are a Main Contractor specialising in Regeneration and Social Housing and Schools refurbishment. They have a roofing division, regeneration / refurbishment division and planned maintenance / voids divisions

They are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager or an experienced Senior Contracts Manager looking to take that step up into overall Operations Management. There is clear career progression where you will be working towards becoming their Divisional Head

The first 6 months will be more of a Contracts Manager role which after 6 months will turn into the newly appointed Operations Management role then leading to the Divisional Management role

Applicantsshould have a background in refurbishment and Social Housing / local authority projects

Trade background is preferable
