Project Manager - Partner Level (Consultancy)

A well-established Building & Project Consultancy are looking to add a Project Manager at Partner level to their Manchester office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business forward and developing the project management capabilities within the North West whilst servicing the current workload.

You will be working alongside a team of 9 who have a mix of Technical, Building Surveying and Project Management skills whilst being closely supported by the Senior Partners within the business.

Typical work includes investor led refurbishments across the Commercial sector (Office, Retail, Residential and Industrial) and Contract Administration projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate strong Business Development skills and have a proven track record at operating at Partner Level.

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified ideally from a Building Surveying background
• MAPM or other Project Management qualification would be an advantage
• Commercially driven with a strong background in delivering PM services
