Description

They are looking for a Night Manager to help run things smoothly at Heathrow, managing both airside and landside delivery driver teams. The role will be key in making sure customer expectations are met while maintaining top safety, productivity, and compliance. Your main focus will be on safety and getting things done in the right way in line with company policies and procedures.

Profile

Candidates wishing to be considered will need to demonstrate experience of people management and leadership within a Logistics environment. It requires a practice and hands on approach and will involved keeping equipment safe & serviceable. You will need to be good with numbers and will take responsibility for various data sets and reports. As health and Safety is paramount you will be comfortable running regular risk assessments and supporting with vehicle compliance.
