Project Manager - M'way Comms
Project Manager required to work on Major Highway Lighting and Motorway Communication developments across Kent. You will be responsible for managing multiple sites, in order to ensure works are completed to clients expectations, as well as all operations and staff under direct control, inclusive of sub-contractors.
Liaise with and manage the client for all aspects of the works on site.
Liaise with the commercial team to ensure account is fully upto date and all CE`s are fully detailed and correct and submitted on time to client.
Engage and commit with sub contractor(s) to ensure all works are carried out to Spec, on time and in a safety compliant manner- i.e. program review, tracking, acceleration liaison and confirmation.
To ensure that all required reports are submitted on time in line with operations director's requirement.
Review drawings and specification to ensure best and most economical approach to delivery is achieved in close collaboration with site team.
Experience in the installation of large Highway lighting schemes.
Experience in the installation of motorway communications both civils and electrical.
Experience in the survey, identification and report production for cost build up.
Management and planning of Health & Safety within area of responsibility.
Experienced in project management
Management of operations personnel
