Requirements-
We are looking for a highly motivated Operations Manager to join the management team on site. This is an exciting role for a hands on manager to join a team in a successful property.
This role will report in to the General Manager and requires a candidate who wants to lead a team from the front and develop relationships with both guests and their team.
A successful candidate will have a background in delivering successful events and functions and ensuring a high standard of service in their previous roles. This role deputises for the General Manager and will require the ability to work shift work inclusive of weekends and late nights.
