Service Delivery Project Manager London / Remote / Regional Travel  c.£500.00 pd Immediate Start   Claremont Consulting is working with a Global organisation based, helping them find their UK Project manager on a critical Service delivery role. After identifying that clients are demanding higher levels of service and management post and pre-sale, this is a new emerging role. It will be sitting between the sales and service delivery operations and will be pivotal to maximising revenue opportunities through project change control and service delivery functions. Key Responsibilities: ·         To act as a bridge between sales and service delivery with commercial focus and awareness ·         Provide Client Project Management function ensuring projects are managed effectively ·         Assist with Project Scope Management and Change Management ·         To ensure contractual obligations are being met and managed effectively ·         To effectively manage and monitor the performance of services to clients as per their contracted SLAs and KPIs ·         Be an effective escalation point for Project Work or Customer Tickets that require additional Customer Service ·         Key Account service delivery management and networking ·         To produce and maintain process documentation, ensuring their implementation, once approved ·         Attend and drive client Service Review meetings ·         To drive improvement of customer service throughout the business   Additional Responsibilities: ·         Arrange product specific training as required ·         Keep line management updated with internal and external customer project progress through weekly conference calls and maintaining the minutes to track these meetings against ·         Resolving and responding to customer support tickets relevant to the role ·         Assist with CRM Management   Key Requirements: ·         Proven Project Management Experience ·         CRM Experience ·         Must be computer literate (Software/Hardware) ·         Commercial and Negotiation Skills ·         Excellent Communication Skills ·         Prince2 Qualifications would be beneficial ·         Experience with Supply Chain, Distribution and Construction is HIGHLY desirable
