Construct is looking for a project manager to join the team.
We are looking for someone with who has strong agency experience working across branding, print and digital projects — a background within the fashion and luxury sectors would be a bonus!
Construct is a small and fast paced studio and you will alongside the account director and designers to keep project work flowing through the studio smoothly as well as developing and uphold meaningful client relationships.
You will also be a people person — approachable, calm and personable by nature.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, so relevant experience in the listed areas is essential.
Plan studio resourcing and weekly scheduling, establishing appropriate project teams to meet the workflow demands and adapting as required
Regular communication with company directors, providing updates on project statuses, financial reports & new business opportunities
Overseeing of projects
Managing timelines and budgets
Establishing strong relationships with clients
Monitor designers and team members within the studio
Communicate effectively with the directors and studio staff, to ensure all relevant information is passed onto the right sources, to enable project needs to be achieved
Monitor implementation and production, working with the creative director to ensure that all creative work is produced correctly
Arrange regular project check-ins to ensure appropriate project direction and budget parameters are met
Good understanding of design production procedures
Good understanding of the design process, including print and digital
Able to communicate constructive and motivational project feedback
Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking ability, able to focus on multiple aspects of the studio: creative, operational, resourcing, delivery and deadlines
Competent management of studio resources and people
Good communicator – able to explain project requirements and deliverables
Good use of, Word, Excel and Power Point
Understanding of InDesign a bonus
Min. 3 years project management experience
Agency experience essential
Experience working on devliering branding, print and digital projects
Proven ability working to mange briefs, within budget structures
Proven experience managing creative professionals from executive to junior level
Proven experience managing clients and exceeding expectations
