Retail Project Manager
A Project Manager is required to deliver a range of exciting projects across the European retail portfolio. Our client takes great pride in their brand and invests in strong unique design solutions for each site. This role is to manage the project delivery and costs for refurbishment and new store openings.
The role will cover all aspects of in-house project management with a real focus on the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Projects range from refurbishments through to new site openings, managing design, programme, costs and delivery through to handover.
- Manage the day to day store development project matters with a focus on controlling the process from inception to operation
- Responsible for the appointment and effective management of the design and construction teams
- Report on progress and control the change process, regularly providing reports to the Property Director and key stakeholders
Candidates need to have a track record of retail project management, either working directly as the client or as a consultant PM. Retail or Commercial Hospitality experience preferred. You will have a property or construction related professional qualification or similar experience and be prepared to travel throughout Europe with the role.
