HR Project Manager
You must be able to Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain accurate project plans, ensuring consistent standards and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the business you will facilitate the development of robust business plans and an understanding of the full business impact.
There organisation is facing unprecedented change and there will be ambiguity, relationships and effective communications will be key in ensuring quality timely /delivery.
As the conduit between the project owners and the wider HR team, you will have responsibility for managing agreed output and alignment with the overall business strategy. Managing project risks, issues and dependencies and ensuring timely escalation and contingency planning.
