Mid-sized and award winning creative brand experience agency is looking for a Design Project Manager.

The Agency are looking for a Design Project Manager to join their existing Project Management team to manage designers (who use AutoCAD) to design physical (in-store) space for a Large Retail client. The Agency works with some of the biggest and best clients in the Retail Industry to deliver uber-aesthetic interior spatial designs.

Experience designing physical spaces is essential for this role. Relevant experience would be designing customer spaces for any clients in the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure sectors. They are ideally looking for someone who has worked in an agency or consultancy environment with experience facing-off to external clients.

This is a Design Project Management role as opposed to a Designer role, so though you wouldn’t need any in-depth technical knowledge of design software, having experience project managing architectural/store space Designers is key. You would also need to have an awareness of design-focused technologies (such as AutoCAD) and a great understanding of the nuances of how to manage the design process.

They would initially like to bring someone in on a 3-6 month contract though there is scope to be offered a permanent role after this.
