My client are a boutique design and branding agency operating across a range of sectors. They have a great set of clients from highly recognisable brands through to startups, highly creative and varied work and a highly collaborative culture. Due to the business growing they are now looking to add a new project manager to their tightly knit delivery team. More work means more people!
This agency really prides itself on its culture; it's open, very team focused and genuine passion for the work they deliver. One thing which evidences this clearly (at least to me) is that it isn't just the hiring manager that looks at the CVs they receive - the entire team sit down together to discuss what they think will and won't fit.

You'll also be given a clear path for progression based on your own capabilities rather than constrained and set by the team around you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager you will be a key point of contact for the organisation and delivery of projects for clients, studio staff and external suppliers. You'll be shaping the goals and constraints of a project including scoping the work, creating and managing timelines and overseeing the end to end delivery including resource management. The projects you oversee will include packaging and brand design, brand identity, content creation and brand consultancy. There's a well established project management team in place, along with a great studio manager who you'll work with on the resource/traffic piece. They have process, but are not process obsessed, taking a bespoke approach with each client (and you'll be client facing from the outset).

You

Ideally, you'll also have experience working within the world of branding and design. You'll be used to helping the client define and refine very open ended briefs and have experience of working with a creative studio to scope the creative direction of a project and ensure resource is in place to complete it on time. A passion for design is a big plus, as is an open, collaborative approach.

In short, this is a great chance to join a specialist boutique and deliver great work.
