The Role
This role sits within the Supply Chain Support team supporting our Brewery Operations across the UK. Reporting directly into the UK Capital Projects Manager, this is a key role where you will be required to initiate, conceptualise, design, lead installation and manage and safely deliver capital projects on our production sites within the HEINEKEN UK portfolio. This role also takes the lead and ensures that all projects are carried out in line with HEINEKEN UK / Global project procedures and standards and that the optimisation of Heineken assets and asset utilisation are at the best possible value.

What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone who has qualifications at degree level in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience/HND. Due to the nature of the projects you will be managing you will hold IPMA Level B Qualification (or working towards) or hold Project Management Institute PMP Qualification (PMP). You will be an accomplished PM with extensive major project experience (managing projects circa £12m+) within a similar Food & Drink FMCG or Chemical Processing organisation. You will also have commercial experience with track record of accurate Capex Finance Management. A natural networker and communicator you will have a proven ability to establish excellent working relationships with a wide range of senior people, both internally and externally.

Please note our projects relate to our manufacturing lines and assets - so we need an engineering background. These are NOT Information Technology nor general change management projects.
